It just clicked, however, that you are actually referring to your garage as your walk-in fridge, and the fact that it's like 10 degrees out...

 
A grapefruit fell out of my grocery bag in the rex last night.

It was rock solid when i found it 20 minutes ago.

i just defrosted it in the microwave. its... interesting.

 
I wish I had a walk in freezer. If I did I'd quit working for someone else.

those little kero heaters are nice for garages. You can turn them way down so the temps can be brought up to 50-60 degrees. We've used one that an entire 1 gal. tank lasted 25 hours. Maybe a little propane salimander.

 
yeah I will have to do something. right now my garage is filled with flamables, cardboard and a miata. but I need to get it cleaned out so I can start on the miotter.

 
hey your work area sounds similar to my basement. I have a Golf I cant get to because of the tires, returnables, trash, snow board, soccer junk, paint ball crap, rain gear, shovels, cardboard, kitty litter, and other stuff I cant identify.

 
I did manage to construct a little pulley system to move my tire/wheel collection upstairs in the garage. I treated myself to a beer and a pat on the back when I completed that.

 
Still too cold.
