mystery vandal

I have read about more "key" scratches, or writings on windows, or muddy cars on new subes than anything ever. simply vandals.

but an old sube? no~

for the third time in months, I have found a thick substance like dried chewing tobacco on the right rear of my bumper. I shrugged it off as coffee spilled the first time, and even the second time, the bumper is wide enough and level for these thoughts of routine. Today the epiphany...a third time..no rain..no real excuses. Until I looked up at whats in back of the car where it is parked..two neighbors to choose from...

someone from next door is nonchalantly throwing something out the window as a fluid... How do I go about this? I would like to stay optimistic and think it is a 2 foot tall tomcat letting the top of the bumper have it. It is maine. it could be 3 feet tall.

I do have a camera..just not the motivation. I could record 3 days straight if I wanted.

I do have a tension unspoken with one neighbor. I do not know what to do. I am cetian this clam /spit/ loogy is human origin..and maybe even a mouthful of something. coffee brandy? there is an odor.

it is grotesque whatever it is... I even thought birds had diarhea in the same place 3 times.

i would definately set up the camera. then i would sell the footage to one of those hidden camera shows

when in doubt fire a warning shot in the air if anyone gets close to the house
noooo....this is Maine, the likelyhood of return fire is probably close to 100%..Shoot to kill that way they can only hear Ur testimony.

Ironically enuff I just met the guy from the Gunshop in Turner across the street from the Mobil/subway/dunkiez! He and his boyz stopped to check out my car after listening to it roll in for "gas".... Really nice guy and polite kids...bastich also has my dream gun right in the shop.
