Name of STi ball joint washer

What is the actual name of this? It's the metal conical washer that goes around the ball joint and then sits into the control arm. Only found on the aluminum control arms. I looked it up on subaruparts.com and came back with transverse link. Is that correct? Here is a diagram......it should be #17 in the picture.

Idiot sellers? Trying to label them with extra labels to get people to find their stuff? Those are definitely just lower control arm bushings.
