New England Dragway - Street Nights

I was just curious as to whether any of you ventured down Wednesday or Friday nights for the New England Dragway open street-nights? If any of you are unfamiliar, they happen twice a week all summer long from 6 until 10 pm. It costs about $20 to race (as many times as you can get on the strip in that time period) or $10 to spectate. If anyone makes their way down there, let me know... I would probably spectate/hang out. I don't think I would race.

I used to go to the shows.. but it seems now that all the same cars/people go and it's always the same people winning. My car showing days are over. I used to do it with 2 other cars. It's just a crap-ton of work for no real payoff in my opinion.

 
I'd like the venture down there to see what it's like sometime... not sure if I'd put my car in the race though... gotta be nice to my 5spd

Maybe we could have a mini-meet up or something some Friday evening when it's more convenient for people. They have food and stuff there too.

 
Couple of people will be driving down saturday if the rain holds off for the import faceoff thing. Ill be one of them!

Its not raining down there and they still have it on. Racing starts at 1 if anyone it still going down!!

 
I was there all day just got home wasnt a bad day at all some not so cool cars I agree and was nice to meet u washmy and I ended up getting third in the best subie class
