whats going on guys, found this site when i was looking at buying my first subaru. a guy from portland had one for sale and suggested i visit the site, i didnt buy his but got a 2000 rs from hermon,maine for $5000...came with a full exhaust, intake system, some projector beam headlamps with hids that i dont care for, carbon fiber hood and some awful interior that was painted red.....she needs a bit of work cosmetically but its incredibly clean and only has 119k...

i almost bought that same front bumper this weekend and the car could poss. be spartan's here on the board

 
thanks for all the welcomes guys...first day of really getting to drive the rs...seems to move pretty well...maybe its me still getting use to it but if i do speed shifting from 3 - 4 i always miss 4th and hit 2nd again...dohh..

i work in scarborough for vip, ase cert tech so the cars in the parking lot if anyone wants to see it......

i got the car up in hermon,me from a kid who only had it 6 months, he wanted a ford fusion instead of the rs........his loss!!!!

 
Nope,second time someone on here has mistaken this car for mine. I have some ricey taste,but i remember this car from the CL ad for sale in Ellsworth for $3500 last winter,and even tho I have similar head lamps,now possess a Seibon hood,and the car happens to be the same color, Spartan5's Rs is located in his garage, having a transmission overhaul right now, and an SVX conversion later this summer.Outside of the interior(YIKES!) it's a nice car,I passed you the day you were bringing it home on I95 South,just outside of Newport, I was tailing the Gumball guys home and shot past you in my OBS. Nice,clean GM6 you got yourself,there! Welcome

 
i remember you now....it was a darker blue or even black outback??? we got off in newport to eat at the mc d's.....those gumball guys were hauling ass....all i could see was hids coming at me and then i saw the bugatti grill and i was like oh ****.......that's a bugatti veryron.....mother f@%@%@.......

i dont think i can save the interior....some of the pieces that were lightly painted cleaned up well but i might have to just paint the rest black and hope it looks alright. Did you say this car went for 3500 last winter????
