Not connecting to ECU

So, i plan on getting the cobb accessport this winter, but have recently recognized that anything that plugs into my obd2 port doesn't connect to the ECU. It has power and all the pins look good and everything is connected on the ecu side. When i plug a code reader into the port it beeps on because it has power but theres just no connection. I want to do the continuity test, but I need to find a wiring harness diagram or someone who knows what wires I will need to test to see if there may be a break in one of the wires.

If anyone has some ideas or knowledge, please post.

 
Take the obd2 connector apart and reconnect all the pins. Happen to mine before. My car is not obd2 anymore so idk if it lasted or not but worked for a while I knew of
