this is another ground up restored beetle. this is the 'hot rod' one of his collection, with a built 2.4L bus motor in the back. also featured in the magazine on the front seats.

i'm not sure, that's just what the owner said. maybe the fact that its based off a bus motor has something to do with it?

nailman probably knows more.
