brother in law's 98 outback threw a cel earlier. 02 sensor circuit slow response. bad 02 sensors or just had a brain fart?

Front O2 code. Could be a computer fart, last year mine thew some O2 codes randomly for a few months. And has stopped. Clear it and go from there.

i did clear it. his buddy is in the auto tech program at the local high school and they have the super fancy computer that makes mine look bad. he said if it came on again he can get more data from it, but i'm hoping it was the old computer thinking too hard (or him hammering on it too much)
