Pastrana mt washington hill climb...short

next June we hope to give it a whirl in the LDR sti, with new 2.3 stroker motor, fresh suspension, and a gearbox that has all six speeds operational (unlike the last race)

 
i am trying to convince Kevin to do this, i know we will be struggling for power....but its not a win we would go do this event for. It would be the life experience, who knows the next time the rock will be open for competition.

 
I would love a chance to run that hill. Just driving up it is something. Gotta get a car together somehow.

 
Shright jiggy jiggy was the necessary trick to bust the record. Haha!

Photography was good but you never see much of the sheer drops over the side that road has to offer. I've done it 10 times in various cars. Even at the tourist speeds you get a lot of vertigo and a evil kick in the pants to go faster and get away from those cliffs.
