its not super fast and doesn't have an internal dvd drive (bought an external the size of a personal cd player of $30), but with a 9x6" foot print, widescreen, touchscreen, built in wireless, and 80gig hard drive, i aint complainin :headbang:

that's my 'normal' 15.4" behind it:

it was an off-lease computer on ebay, probably from a business that upgraded to something newer.

dude load Tiny XP on that thing. it will be a million times faster. just make sure you get "beast edition"

what is the model? I would love to snag one that size.

i've never heard of tiny xp. does it still have all the features on it? i'm gonna use it mostly for at work, utec tuning, and using adobe lightroom portable or photoshop cs3 portable (needs no installation) for photo editing. its a fujitsu p1120.

it depends on what it is that you need. it is pretty stripped down, but it is mostly drivers and other raisin that runs in the background.

I dind't get Beast edition so my tuning comp doesn't have net access (DHCP missing and too lazy to find what I need to get it up and running again)

but you will need to do the footwork to find the drivers for the monitor and the CD/DVD drive that you have. or atleast something that will work. but my IBM T42 runs nearly twice as fast on TinyXP as my R50P on XP. and the T42 is old, like almost 8yrs old now.
