hope I Can say this...

That is officially what I would refer to as a..."nipple baby"

personally I would have taken that bat and made my kid into a popcicle (use UR imagination) and then immediatley made my brat of a kid put a 4sale sign on the thing. I Would use the logic that eventually someday someone will kill him when he tosses a fit of roadrage, pulls that bat, had it taken away from him and is bludgeoned in "self defense".

look at the video... know what the difference is between that kid and the bat? raw materials and length... they are built about the same.

if I am not mistaken in the State of Maine U can spank Ur children up to three times... as long as U do not leave bruises or remove clothing to get to bare skin; if I read it right that (according to the State) pouts U past the line of parenting and takes U into the real of abuse....

I would say the legal limit should B raised to six for this kid....

Also when he motioned at his dad with the bat... couldn't that be put into the "assault" category as he made a threatening motion towards another person regardless of if it was a parent of not? damm... if I ever did that to my dad I would have been picking splinters out of my mouth cause he would have jammed that thing down my throat... A bat is a bat is a bat no matter who kisses ya with it; I know first hand as I lost a few teeth courtesy of my best friend when we were little kids.
