Just got back. What crappy weather. Rained like crazy both days. The roads were quite rough and getting worse with every subsequent pass.
Day 1 we had a mechanical DNF on Stage 4. The strut top nut ripped off and took the threads with it. sourced a spare locally and had the car buttoned up with the addition of a new starter as it stopped working completely.
Day 2 withdrew early due to the replacement strut being crap and just about coming apart on stage. Defroster was inoperable or spotty at best so visibility was nill. Rough weekend, and wet.

Definitely wettest rally I have been to. and that includes the first Team Oneil event.
K and Matt lost broke an axle shaft on Friday, that was repaired and they were back on their way.
Saturday they had an unfortunate off that took out the LF corner of the car. Control arm, fender, bumper, tierod, and possible axle. I am not sure if they were light on spares, but it looked repairable as we were in for a 90min service.
I was crewing for Healey/Johnson and we were having problems with a strut all weekend and withdrew because of that and the inoperable defrost (nearly impossible to see).
