I currently have a Chilton manual that "covers" my car but it really covers everything but. The years are like 88-98 in the book. Does anyone happen to have one that is more specific?

 
I have files "impreza93-01.pdf" and "impreza service manual my1997-1998.pdf".

Let me know if you want a link to either and I'll PM you. These things are kind of a gray area.

 
I just checked, 93-01 is just a part number book. 97-98 is a full 615 page book. I'll upload them both and PM both of you links once they're done. The full book is a pretty big file, so you'll get 'em when you get 'em.

The 97-98 wont be much of a use to me where my car is FWD and only the 1.8L which I think was only made until 96. Thank you anyway.

Yeah, that's what I figured. I don't have much in the ways of books that would help you. Most of my collection starts in the GD impreza era.

 
They made the 1.8 till at least 97, maybe 98.

I just get my manuals online, and keep a crappy old laptop in my garage.
