great little mod. they can be found even cheaper than that too.

evergreen stocks the Kartboy short shifter, and bushings. i have them on my car and really enjoy it.

go for it!

waaaaalllll...'tall depends on how "used" it is. unless the mileage on that particular shifta is in the 100k+ range u are probly OK. but if it's not ok, you're screwed.

I'll say it on the forum for all to hear.....

If you buy it and install it, use it for a week and don't like it just give it back to me complete with all the pieces and... I'll refund 100% of your money (if you pay cash) if paypal then 100% - paypal fee.

Build one! It's actually pretty simple if you can do some basic mig welding- and have access to a welder. I used to small pieces of pipe I had laying around the shop. Look at the design of the Cobb (or Perrin?) STS. Yes their's is machined from aluminum and looks pretty, but its hidden under the shift boot. I built mine in about an hour and its completely adjustable like the Cobb unit. I shortened the shift lever 1" and couldn't be happier with it. Shifts are perfect- noy too hard, not too soft. Throw is very short.
