I disagree.
I work for Sir Speedy printing, in Salem, NH. (Full time... vinyl on side)
My boss is THE BEST manager I have ever had. Our shop is 4 people strong, and we strive for perfection. Whenever there is an issue or a problem, we try to correct it and make sure that if we were to blame, that we were the ones who paid for the fix. We abide by this model, and it suits us well. We don't try to cover up mistakes, or point the finger at another company.
Perhaps I'm the lucky one... :-
