Snow tires for 15 inch rims

So I blew a golf ball size hole in my side wall of one snow tire. So im either looking for a set of 4 that I can put on my 15s or I might be interested in a rim and tire set up less then $400. Thanks

I have some Nokian Hakkas on 15 in steelies that are available. I'd let them go for 350. Need to go over to the my parents garage where they are because I can't remember the size. They were amazing on my car the few times that I used them.
