Somewhere that shaves tires?

Have a set of 3 (one sidewall bit the dust) tires with plenty of meat left, is there somewhere in the greater portland area that can shave a tire to match tread depth? And possibly mount and balance?

 
I think if you order it from tire rack they'll shave it before shipping it to you.

 
Most places locally that shave tires are doing it for circle track racing. They can't do 17" tires, and I don't think even 16" Tirerack is the best bet.
