stalling issues

i own a 2002 wrx

just dropped my motor in a few weeks ago (valve job) , put a few 100 miles on it.

i stalled it once the first day, didnt want too start back up. the third time i cranked it it started

that was about a week ago

yesterday it stalled at a red light. was in first gear, my foot was firmly on the clutch

about about a minute or two of idling car boggs down, shakes and stalls. once again takes a few cranks too get it too fire back up

today i was sitting in the car while my girl friend ran into a friends house. only had driven it about 10 minutes at this point. about 3 minutes of idling it boggs down and stalls. try cranking it twice and it wouldnt start. wait 15 seconds wouldnt start

makes a "vrmm_ put-put-put-put-put" kind of a sound. sat for about 45 seconds cranked once wouldnt start. let it sit for about a minute and a half "vrmm put-put- " then starts

i checked my alternator and its putting out enough volts to not be the issue here....any ideas of what could be happening? its only given me problems those three times (so far) i just drove it for 20 minutes home, got in my drive way and let it idle for 5 minutes too see if it would stall again and it was fine. WTF!?

ohh and i delivered pizza's in the thing three nights last week

30-40 miles of stop-go-off-on "heres your food, that's for the crappy tip a-hole hope you choke" and it never gave me a problem

is it idling really rough? like enough to make the car shake? if so it could be a vacuum hose and it could be running really lean, lean enough to stall it. also, do you have your bpv/bov recirculating?

Should have gotten Lobstah to do the motor work. LOL. I kidd.

Sounds like fuel delievery or like stated above a vacuum hose.

rip in your inlet pipe at the clamp/turbo?. spray some starting fluid around that area and listen for a change in engine sound.

bump for still having issues...ive tried spraying starter fluid all over every vaccuum line i can see still coming up with nothing. the car idles between 600-400rpm how far off is that?

the thing that sucks is before this i drove a 1997 eclipse GS. thing was a PIECE, complete rusted out pile. but hell it got me anywhere i needed to go and never gave me an issue. i did all of this work to upgrade to something more reliable..

My turbo timer shows my 03 Idling between 700-900. If it goes down to 700, it feels like it is gonna stall, my guess is the idle is set way to low somehow?
