starting to get mad

everytime i click on a link it brings me too mainely subaru rule book or it says server to busy. anyone else experiancing these issues.

it sucks so bad, i click on a link and it brings me to the rule book page and then i have to click the back button all the time and click on the link again, i have to do that like 5 times before it lets me in
