Stupid cookieing Customers

I hate stupid LOVING customers. This big tattoo'd mother cookieer just came in to my work and proceeded to grandma me out because I wouldnt let him into his ex's account. He just couldn't understand why?

 
and then as I was typing this a dumbing LOVING grandma called on the phone and chewed me out for like 5 minutes because one of my co workers messed up her account. Then she wanted me to call customer care for her to "get credits for her time". I told her no way and passed her off to my manager.

and the dumbshit on the phone told me that was normal. *sigh*

 
Alright I had another one.

So this woman comes in today and wants to get 2 blackberrys and I set her up with this really good deal and shes getting all these discounts that she kept proding for and im with her for like half an hour. Then all of a sudden she had to leave to pick her kid up. So she leaves and ends up calling back twice to confirm everything then she goes to another store like 10 mins away and buys it all there but not before they call us to make sure that's what I was going to give her. LOVING bullshit
