I would assume so also... Nobody wants to give fault to the guys still alive though, so they may be leaving it open on purpose. Mikey, any info on it?

Deputies say Bochese was killed instantly. Her body was found in a tree 40 feet above the area where her car landed.

Not to accentuate a stereotype, but I had to post this. I was surprised that it wasn't a guy actually.

that is really horrible.

Seems coincidental to the OP, with a well built hot rod suby...and accident across the road.

I went though an incident like this, a night of drinking, cars always a subject...then witnessing death by the very people I was just talking to earlier. If you build something...some will follow absurdly.

I do not drink at all. A night like that is a very powerful reason. High on life is enough ... add alcohol to be high up and dead (sorry for bad pun).

now the kids are going to have to go through court rooms. I had to just for witnessing...bad scene. alcohol sucks. Even at a formal dinner.

Yea, one of the guys I race with lives right down the street from this and saw the whole thing. A bunch of his friends were in it but not the girl who got killed. He said he didn't think anything of it when he heard the bangs cause it sounded like backfires, but then the police and firetrucks came.....he knew something what up.

Well i dont know the exact address but about 20-30 yards up the street from him you can see the skid marks and where the first car dove into the ground.

 
we just tinted the older legacy's windows here less than 2 weeks ago! in fact, i think a few of those guys are customers here...
