Supertones wiring

So I just picked up a set of Hella Supertones. But it's only the horns, no relay, wiring, or connectors. So I wanted to ask what I needed for a relay. I know I need a 5 point relay, 1 normally open, and 1 closed/open. But I don't know crap about automotive wiring. So what the hell do I ask for, and where can I get it. Also, what size connectors do I need. I only ask cause I know there are plenty of people on here that have these. Thanks

Yeah I really wanna save money and do it myself, or with the help of Gabe, I just need to know what I need to get exactly

I was just thinking, Why is it that I need a relay? Why can't I just hook them into the factory plugs for the factory horns?

i installed stixxx's supertones and plugged them into the factory wiring, and if they quit working i think he would have had my ears ringing haha so id just do that...

So you just mounted them, and then wired them into the factory plugs?

I haven't installed supertones, but I don't see why you can't just wire them to the factory harness. Your factory wiring already uses a horn relay. Wire it to the factory harness. Its a horn, 12v power and ground. Simple. The worst that will happen (unlikely) will be a blown horn fuse.

Yeah seems like it will work fine. The only thing I've heard is that they might not be as loud as they could be

I did Clark's. I just used the stock horn connectors for supply so you dont need relays, existing stockers are fine. Just made a couple simple blades and pig tails to make the reach to the new horns. Use dielectric grease so they dont corrode.

So I got them all wired up and only one works. I checked and double checked all the connections. It looks like there is 1 relay and 1 fuse for the horns, so I really have no idea. And now that I think about it, it seems only one was working before too. So anyone got an idea of what it could be?!??!

So I wired it up to the other one and still nothing. I even put it to direct power after that to see if it worked. It makes a slight noise like it's trying, but nothing. So it must be the horn itself

don't you like the new stars N E S gets
