I hope it is in a perfect condition as I'm highly interested in it and I am really okay with it... i would have love to come and take a look my self but i am a very busy man i hope you understand due to the distance... i will like to make an instant purchase but if there is anything wrong, you can kindly let me know and we can fix things up. I don't mind paying additional $50 for it in order for you to take the ad from craigslist and also to be assured that it is already mine.
 
I will be paying you with a certified check and it is going to be sent to you via courier service which is going to be mail to you overnight.For the payment, I'm going to need your details (Full name, address and phone number)in order to facilitate the payment asap.
 
My mover will be coming for the pick up as soon as you have the check cashed so you don't need to bother about the shipping as everything on that is well arranged.

scammer....... all he want's is your bank info.......

 
Fishy, fishy.

What will happen is you will "accidentally" get sent a check for way more then the asking price and he will ask you to wire the difference back to him. Your bank will cash the check, you will wire the money and a week later your bank will discover that the check is fake and you will be on the line for the cash.

 
Actually, what will happen is I will not have further contact with "him". I certainly will not send him any bank account info. And I will definitely not give him my address or phone number.

I find it funny that he hasn't tried to contact me further for the exhaust that he was willing to pay more than the asking price, because he wanted it so bad.

Oh, and just so nobody thinks I am stupid enough, after the initial contact, I had no intention of responding to this guy. I am, however, glad he made it such an obvious scam.

I just thought I would share with y'all.

 
I actually thought about that. I was going to tell him that since he was kind enough to offer over the asking price, that I would deliver and he could pay me cash. I just decided to drop it.

 
lol it happens all the time. I have gotten the checks mailed to me and then tried to get an address but they never come thru with the shipping info. Hopefully one day they will mess up and get caught. I want to be the one to find them lol ( i always had them mailed to work and yes I know it is a scam just want to catch them)
