back at home in the midcoast if you walk in my fields/woods your guaranteed to have at least 4 on you minimum. Literally had a total of 18 on me at my gf's house. Gets worse every year. All the times ive been in moosehead through the woods there, never got one and im up there 5 times a year.

Last year, after a short walk in the woods of Topsham, picked over 25 ticks off of me. None of them latched, but they were all over my clothes, few inside my boots... Nasty little buggers, hate them....

Already had one on me, one on the dog. And we've started seeing deer ticks in the last year. Never had them in our neck of the woods before, but they're wicked shiny and stick out good on my realtree pants. Anyone heard of the elimitick clothing? http://www.gamehide.com/
