From what I'm reading it sounds like the auto works pretty well. It's from the IS-F just minus two gears.(?) .01 second shifts.

 
I wanna take a manual one for a drive!!

Nothing against autos... But that's a sports car. It should either be a manual, or a DSG, or something. Not a slushbox in a sport car.

 
They said it actually goes good with the auto. We got it sideways a few times on our beat ride... Ughhh. Test drive.

Patriot got the wrb BRZ today. Evergreen is still waiting.

 
FRS is cool, some weird aspects though. 200hp at 7000rpms though? hardly usable in an auto. pretty fun to tool around in. I wish we a freakin manual

 
Sounds like a RWD 7th gen celica. I had one with the 6 speed, absolutely a blast to drive. Had the light go-cart feel and was fun to turn the guts out of it. The auto in that car was horrible, though. Hopefully they did better this time.

Yes, I got to drive it, but I had to be nice. Someone owns that one. The back tires always are trying to break free every time it takes off from a stop, even if you're trying to be easy. The traction control takes care of everything beyond the little bit of tire chirp.

According to my calculations it will need 18s and have to be dropped 2 more inches to be the perfect road grabber. Plenty of room to do both. Both front and rear sway bars are easily obtainable to swap out if need be. The rear suspension is very very similar to the 08+ imprezas. Rear vented disc brakes. Fronts look a lot like 2 pot WRX brakes. Nothing on the front suspension looks like any other Subaru..

The seats OMFG!!!!!!!!!! Best seats subaru EVAR put into a car. You big guys might not like them.

Yes the car is slower than a WRX. However, the BRZ & FRS will probably smoke anything in the twisties if the correct hands are operating the car.

 
Def agree. Loveeee those seats. I think the tires could be another 2-3 Inchs wider in the rear. I'm sure scion/ Trd will come out with a bunch of performance stuff.
