Yeah, you gotta have a RHD car. But, find a mail car that isn't beaten from daily trips into the ditch, and you got something!!

the pipes fit isn't a dramatic subject, there are several possibilities.

Upon grabbing a handful of angles and straight pipes with a mig, sawzall, and skil saw with a cutting blade, I thought to myself at the time of chores: I can do anything.

to play symmetry (pipe length) and find room is the only goal, it can be done, even of it doesn't not look as planned. It would be an operation.

the ej on one time belt, etc etc, could even be a bit errored from uppipe to intake, between the turbos. As left side wants more anyway on a boxer...

interesting stuff there.

Hmm, sounds like you know what you're doing. You should buy that turbo setup and swap an ej22 into your '87.

yeah, i emailed him about it last week not sure why really. i do have a pension for collecting sube parts i'll never use though....

anyway yeah you can make it fit a LHD car like ours but it takes hours and hours of grinding off the stock manifold where it hits the steering column (as mentioned above), and rewelding plate steel over the gap. no fun and not the best for flow but it works technically.

even if it dropped in though, its not worth it.

the ej22tt was a sequential turbo setup, and using td04 turbos, small ones, at that. there was always a huge gap in power between when the first one died out and before the second one came on. they couldn't make much for max power either.

you could use the pipes as a base for larger turbos, but look at how tiny those pipes are. not to mentioned the rigged driverside uppipe you'll have.

plus theres a vacuum tube NIGHTMARE going on to get the turbos to work that i'm guessing isn't included.

neat though.

heres a larger pic incase anyones interested.

I read on NAStIOC that you can swap the single turbo manifolds over to this block and re route some of the oil lines and have a cheap WRX replacement block.

not sure on the validity of that though.

that's true, its just an early wrx longblock that came in a legacy turbo, but theres no block included in this listing. that's probably what the owner did.
