While fact check is helpful....the website gives me a headache.

It reminds me of the supreme nerd that's always in large intro college classes (or any Computer Science class), that when the teacher would word something incorrect would interject the "Well actually...." statement to correct the teacher.

There's a sort of emotion that comes from a speech, and while sometimes there's minor stretching of the FACTS they are not detremental to the points made. I wouldn't vote for a statistical robot that just spews out correct information and doesn't put any human emotion behind their campaign.

 
i'm getting worn out by the stretching of the truth and mostly by the media edits of quotes. I read an article that CNN thought, and reported that the Palin bikini shot was real. WTF?! And that's just the beginning. They jump the gun to be the first to report w/o getting the facts... then edit to promote a certain message.

The ABC interview w/ Palin and Charlie Gibson cockily telling her what the Bush Doctrine was is a prime example. I mean, wtf is the Bush Doctrine? Only the pundits called it that. Loaded question.

But the whole lipstick on a pig thing is just plain retarded. Yeah, Obama's speech writer probably meant it as a jab but honestly how can you criticize the use of an old saying???

Idiots... all I can say is I hope they put this much effort into running the country.

I was starting to drink the koolaid and then it hit me that I should really look into the issue because some of it sounded too crazy to be true. alas..

the format may not be the best... but I can find the truth.

 
It's kinda disheartening that Palin is not the great politician that she was made out to be... I've been reading more about her and friends of ours who live in Anchorage keep sending articles, etc. Obviously, have to sort through the crap but it really makes you wonder.

Has anyone seen any info on Biden? There's gotta be some dirt on that dude but the media seems to be ignoring him.

 
Biden is essentially old school Dem. boring.

probaby a good pick for O, since he attracts little attention and doesn't take away from the spotlight.
