Went for a drive and hike

I discovered two things this morning:

1) If you look hard enough, you can find your dream home for really cheap! A little paint and she'll be good as new.

2) My 15-year-old dog still has some spring left!

Yeah, he absolutely loves being outside. He didn't like having to wear the "don't shoot me" orange bandanna though.
