What should i do with my clock space.

it occured to me, i have 3 clocks on my dashboard. . ..which i dont need.

now i also dont need the three gauge pod option... while it looks kinda cool, its just too busy for me. whish also means im not interested in the flip out fcd screen option.

so what other mods have you folks seen?

that panel is an easy way to attach stuff to the dash w/o trashing non-replaceable panels

I mounted a ham radio there

mounted remote display for a rally computer there

mounted a leetle sign holder there, put up sponsor's logos so they can be seen in onboard videos ;D

ran wiring from above items thru opening that formerly held (non-functioning) stock clock

 
once I get around to it, I'm gonna mount a valentine1 radar detector up above my rear-view mirror, hardwired, obviously..

and then use the remote display they offer, ran through an A pillar, down to that spot.... mad clean, y0.

 
first and FOREMOST. if that was my super hot coach purse, it would be sitting on the passenger seat, not on the floor.

second of all, i was actually thinking valentine. . ..

i do like the ideas so far though

I love my three gauge cluster. Not busy at all IMO; rather, gives me vital engine stats--oil pressure, temp, boost. Maybe its teh marine engineer in me.

You should look into Genome Sti gauges as i believe your dash is green lights...??? They are nice.

 
trust me, i LIKE them, but the way i see it, i already have the temp gauge in my cluster. i have the omari boost gauge in my drivers a/c duct, and as for the oil pressure...... well i might need one of those someday

I actually have a three cluster shroud kicking around--unpainted. Front tabs are broken and I glued them on (probably wouldn't stay), but $20 takes it. I think with the other tabs it will stay in place even with fubar front tabs

hmmm, well I am looking at it now and measured with the tape, it is exactly 2 and 3/8 inches across one of the holes :- Not sure if that helps.

OH MY GOD. .. . .

There are good idea, and there are bad ideas. . .then there are EPIC IDEAS. . .....
