white and purple 04 sti

Looking into buying a white and purple 04 sti from the lewiston area. Wondering if anyone knows anything about the car? The wheels side skirts mirrors hood scoop and fuel door are purple. Rest is white. Car looks really clean. But the guy has no service record's for timing belt water pump or hg's. I could buy it and do it but I want to buy and drive. Anyone have anymore info on this vehicle? Thanks in advance guys. Nick.

I'm in the l/a area a lot and haven't seen it around ..happen to know the guys name selling it?

If its mac Delano I'm pretty sure he does all his own work on it

 
Um not sure on the name. I know hes the lead tech at rda auto. Says he did all the work himself. And says the headgaskets were done at evergreen but they told me they have never worked on it according to the vin. It seems to have had a good life up until 120k. Always serviced regularly at a dealer down in mass. Im just not sure about what it has been through up here.

 
When you don't have any sort of records it makes the buying process a little harder. I don't believe the hg go bad on the sti as regular as the ej251 but you never know. I believe the biggest issue is the ringlands. Correct me if I'm wrong.
