Who's going to Dragoncross?

Shorty

Evergreen Auto Spa
Count me in, but I won't be in drag like trainable. I heard it's named after him in honor of his lucky run at Storyland.

Hmm... I thought it was Drag & Cross(dress)

Damn... gotta re-think my outfit.

I'll be there with my setup. Note to self: check tire pressures.

I won't be able to make this one either..

but on the bright side.. I am going to see BB King on sunday.

You get awfully plucky after a couple of zimas dontcha? :thebirdman:
I'll be there, but chances are pretty low that I'll provide you with any fapage material. :angel12:

Evilaspie and I will be there, though once again I will not be driving. :sad5: At least I will be able to ride along this time. Should be driving for the next one at Maine Mall...hopefully!! And supra should be ready too!!

I'm heading up with the camera. Photos are all I am good at, which isn't saying much. :icon_scratch:

I'm on long callout this weekend (I have 16 hours to get to Boston once they call me) so I should be in!!

Excellent. That link you sent me was a great surprise. To tell ya the truth, it's those pics that made me decide I have to do sumpthin' about the suspension.
Much appreciated by all. I know Ferrari loved his too.

Seriously? I live the furthest away and I'm the first one to post something regarding the event? Wow...

Lazy bastards...

Awesome event - where TF was John Miller? Had a blast like usual. Shorty, Trainable and Ralli were spanking the raisin out of their rigs like always. Evilaspie and Akina both put on a great show for us all... and I'm trying to at least catch Akina... came within a second.

Each of my runs were better than the previous. I had 57 56 55 54 53 52... it was quite something to watch the clock go down after each run. Finally got it right with my tire pressures... still need to figure out my power steering problem.

Same thing for me and tire pressure. Nailed the settings on the last run. Redline was rippin'. That thing corners nice and flat. That was a wicked blast. That silver MR-Spyder was goddamn fast. 45xxx. Daymn.

Thanks to all the people that pull it all together. Much appreciated.

An older couple - new. Car looks great in person... it could grow on me. Still don't like the 2.5i sedan though... yuck - sorry L-town.

Guy was quoted saying "I didn't buy the car for the power... I bought it for how it looks when you drive around in it."

Good times. He certainly didn't push the car, as there were very few tire chirps. His times were consistent though, and he didn't hit (m)any? cones.

Yeah the 08 driver was pretty cool. I took a ride with him on his first run (I think you can see me in the photo). The car really seemed very well composed. He overcooked a few corners and the plowing seemed to be worked out pretty easily with the brakes without the snap that the older years tend to have. Not a bad car and I'll admit the STi looks good from in front and behind, but... still not growing on me.

Great event I'm super glad I didn't stay home in a dark room nursing my migraine. I soooo thought I had Antonio.... The subies def were representing!!!

it was his first time driving competitive in like 15 years or something, so he wasn't really trying for anything big. they were a very nice couple, i chatted with them for quite a while since they were parked right behind me.

good times, couldn't catch evil but i didn't let him beat me by as much as he was going to. still learning the car and the tires. it's set up completely different then it was at storyland. much faster set up for me.

Between Storyland and yesterday, what changed?

And how much does that front Tribeca bar help you rotate? I had to keep my wagon in first gear throughout the Fig8 so I could bring the back end around - shaved 2 seconds off my time!

The front bar helps a ton to keep the camber in check and greatly reduce understeer. Thus allowing you go faster around corners without loosing camber and plowing.
