weather station, base of Mt Washington, 2 pm: 60 degrees (this is at top of Pinkham Notch, where the skiing is usually awesome by mid November)

weather statiion, TOP of Mt Wash: 42 EFFING degrees and RAIN, winds to 88 mph

if you don't believe in global warming, look outside. :-

 
I was outside in teh garage this afternoon waxing the snowboards...

Yeah... that was a rough guess using the 'ol finger tecnique. After it finished raining we were up in the 70's... in fact I just came back on the pike with the top down in a long sleve and a winter hat.

I went out and put 60 miles on the Harley with just a sweatshirt on. I'm loving it!! Usually this time of the year is depressing because I am paying for the bike plus insurance and it just sits in the garage

 
well im not sure its really global warming but a weather pattern similar ot El nino like we have heard about before. it might last the entire winter it might not. nobody is really sure,

 
98 was the last time we had an El Nino year was '98, which was also the hottest year on record until last year.

I belive it is global warming, but not Al Gore's type, Mother Nature's type...

and Pedro, I thought it was Mexican.....
