The Subaru factorys are running at full capacity and can not keep up demand. This is only good for awhile, Subaru must expand their manufacturing capacity or it`s going to bite them in the DONKEY. I know Patriot had a hard time to get the deliverys on the number of cars they wanted back in the summer.

this seems a repeat of the past.

look at everything that was good and realize it is gone..

the 70s even had my 6 foot 4 neighbor and his giant family driving an ea81 like it was a million bucks.

the 80s lull for subaru was an over smogged runt and american RWD cheap, from impalas, to monte carlos, crown vic was and is a winner...gas less than a buck.

the 90s saw fuel rising.. that is when I plucked at an 80s sube at a dealer for $1300..even my friends parked what is now classics.

today? its the 70s, missing the 80s, with a 90s problem times ten.

of course subaru is going to get a sale. weak engined or not.

mention 40mpg in a suby sale.. the littlest impreza and reality are gonna meet an ea82. don't be fooled at where the facts of engineering and strength are in other words.

stampede of public is almost headed for the common sense like socialism would do to an entire populus...facts missing or not.

my two cents.

...does this mean you don't like the newer Subies much?

not being fooled by facts of engineering and strength....heh her's a question for the rest of the MS posse: which would YOU rather get into a head-on crash with, a rusty old GL built with crap recycled tin can steel or a stout late model OB wagon like that family in Portland a few weeks ago.

the question is purely rhetorical, wtf wants to get in a head-on anyway??!!

I would SOOOOOOO pick the brat. definitely. with the seats in the back too. that way I can take my friends and they will be safe too.

NOT!

but but I welded some crap to the sides of my GL. that means that it is a freaking armored vehicle! hahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahah *Gasp* hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

Ok for serious. points are inbound if this crap keeps up. FO Serious!

Harleys had great resale value, new bike waiting lists, and parts markets until they actually got their production numbers up to meet demand. And the economy started to tank. Simple laws of supply and demand.

Harleys don't go so good up here this time of year. Subies are fun even in the summer. And practical.
