WRB SG Foz Sports around midcoast area

Hello all, I should have posted up a while ago when I first joined. (Thanks to Jason- 'Bratman18' for inviting me over from subaruforester.org, whos FOZ is badass!)

I went from a two tone 99 Outback (spun a bearing, kaboom), to OBP 07 STI (flipped into water on rt.9 up in Aurora, totalled, R.I.P.) and now a WRB 08 Forester Sports that I have done a few mods to (needs FI or an H6, and 6 speeds!).

I'm gonna put in a little time to do a journal with pics and credits to those who have helped along the way, and I just wanted to say I had a great time over at the Brunswick meet- cool people, dope rides, sick take offs- Subarudes foz, Shortys wagon, Nates wrx, JABt-wrx's WRX and everyone else who fed their rides a nice 'all u can eat buffet' of first, second and third on the way out! I can't wait for the next meet!

Jason, my bad man I don't know how that happened- fixed for proper credit! I'm workin' on getting my profile pic and avatar done, and also a member journal with pics for the gallery section. Does this site host pics, or do we have to use another hosting site?

 
No excuse! 20 lashes for such a sin. joke. I am bad with names, but I have yours in my phone so I guess you are alloted one derrik or darryl reference now. haha.

Gonna get my butt lifted .375 inches this weekend!

 
Sweet!! Those are super easy to put in. Just jack your car up, undo the top 3 strut bolts inside the back, and they drop right down enough to fit those spacers in, then push them back up, and tighten them back down. I did mine in 15-20 minutes

 
GClark, with the mean outback! Thanks for the compliments man, much appreciated. I bet that lifted sport is a blast to take off into the unknown, especially with the knobby meats you got on there. Hope you bring it out to the next meet, when/where ever it is.

 
Yeah that would be sweet. I really like the shape of the OBS', i saw a guy on rs25 who sti swapped one and it was ballsy. I would like another, older beater subie to lift up and frankenstein to take into pits and stuff. I love my lowered foz, but what if I wanna blast through a field?! no go

Yeah if I want something to really take off orad I have my Brat, but the OBS is tons f fun too

 
I hate meeting people and then you try to figure out who they are on here to add them as friends......good thing we work together BIG D.....oh ya we need to get our CT licenses this year sometime bud.

 
Yeah I hear ya there JAB, I'm kinda bad with names anyway, so trying to do names and forum handles is tough. That was funny when I was telling you about how I parked next to the DGM WRX with a MS sticker on it when we were chillin in ct, and you were like "that's my car!" haha. -memmmm ories- We'll clean up on those CT boards.

Got my saggy butt spacers in Jay! The foz sits much more level now, I'm pretty happy for the minimal work it took. My grp n top hat studs must be shorter than stock, cuz with the 3/8" plates in there I don't have any threads showing thru the nuts. I don't think I could do the half inch spacers. Thanks again for the hook up on those.
