Actually, while this is not the most efficient place to mount the intercoolers, it does work and looks pretty cool. While riding this beast, airflow going by will create a vacuum and draw the heat out of the intercoolers.

The only problem I see is that the vacuum pressure will be equal both on the tops and bottoms of the intercoolers.
