Impreza wagon TS (not obs, not wrx)

5-speed

If you see one, know of one, come across one... Let me know.

Thanks!

That big huge link searched for any 2002-2003 Five speed impreza (non-wrx) wagon in the country. It only found two outback sports, which is a wee bit difference than the TS's.

You might have to A. wait till one pops up B. hound craigslist/ebay C. be more flexible in your automotive requirements, or a combination of the three.

The TS's were 3.9 gears, drum rears, no flares, stock 15's instead of 16's, no cruise, usually no fogs (they suck anyways). Little less performance out of the box from the wagons, but you get a wagon. There are days moving to and from college I wished my RS was a TS....

2002's also still had headgasket issues.

Thanks for the info Dan.

I definitley will hold out for this exact car. I can wait a few months to find it. I have plans for it to be a sweet daily driver.

For now I'm using searchtempest to search craigslist and occasionally checking autotrader.

Why would you want a TS over an OBS? My best buddy has had a 2002 White OBS since 2003. He has beat it so bad, but his only issues have been minor sensor issues other than 2 HG failures and sliding off the road after swerving to avoid a moose. That car is the reason I returned to subaru, it made a believer out of me. Hes taken it from 15,000 miles to 180,000 miles beating the crap out of it the whole way, especially in sand pits. He also uses it as a truck for his painting buisiness. He hauls everything in it. Addmittedly, the car isn't worth much now, as the interior is pretty much destroyed and the exterior needs some love... and paint.

I want it to be all white, not white and gray.

I want the TS cuz it's a daily driver and I want 28mpg on cheap gas.

I have a vf39'd FXT for going fast and wasting gas.
