they have excellent light mounts that fit into stock rad mount holes/bolts...not exactly cheap ($150 I tink) but easier and quicker than fabbing yer own
look for Hella FF1000 or FF700 lites, both are inexpensive and both really beef up lame stock Suby lites
resist the urge to upgrade stock headlights with 85/100w blubs, the wiring can't handle the added load

www.rallyarmor.com They do a nice job, Hella 500's complete the look. It aint cheap though!

those RA bars are nice, except that the low mounted lights are really susceptible to damage from snowbanks.
the rallylights mounts put the lamps at or above bumper height, which not only gives you better light pattrn (high mount = better projection down the road) but also offer key insurance for your lights to survive winter playtime
