That's what it looks like. I keep plugs and a mini 12v compressor in my car in case that ever happens

 
I think it was a piece of wire from a construction part of town...... of course I had to find it with my tire right.

 
Was your spare flat? That's what really pisses me off. I've had that happen twice in two different cars in the past year.

 
I'd done the inside plug better seal course I dont have pay for them

3 out of 4 of my summers were plugged since the paddock areas at autox had screws and nails....

Plugged and ran 'em for 3 more summers without issue. Now the summers are bald and dead.

Yes, but you're supposed to take the tire off to make sure the inside isn't all eaten up.

I've had ones where a customer ran it for a while pretty flat, and the inside was all chewed to hell. I had to sell them a new tire.

yeah basically legislation saving people from themselves. you can still buy the rope plugs, they work perfectly.

 
Yep they are but who really looks at each tire to see if it has one. I usually just look at the sidewall to see if it's got the tell tale wear mark. I actually care a plug kit and mini air compressor just in case

 
Besides motors, I go through more tires due to running over POOP on the road.

I know that feel bro.
