12" volfenhag German concept competition subwoofers

I was owed some money a few years back and I took these subs as partial payment and never got the rest. Anyhow they appear to be nice subwoofers they are in a pretty nice box. I think One of the subs has a small rip on the side. I think it won't effect the sound at all if you put some epoxy or something on it. Not really sure what they are worth. Also not sure on the specs. I have seen these subs on eBay they are red in color. If anyone is interested send me a message
