Anyone want to go snowbaording/skiing on jan 9th or 10th?

come on friday is carload fridays at mt abram a whole car load of peopel can get in for 75 bucks total can beat that deal

ok note to self i wont og on a frozen lake when its -40 degrees and try to drive with my stock tires lol. the weather shows no snow for the rest of the week after this storm the roads shoudl be cleared up by then and i can manage with my summer's

As long as the roads are completly dry and its not too far below 32o then you should be all set. Remember though if you go somewhere and the parking lot even has a extremely thin ammount of snow or its even greasy you probally wont be able to move. I didnt really believe how useless one of these cars can be even with awd with summer tires until I tried it.

I got my car with high performance summers on it..... In the middle of winter. I figured it out when I was leaving a girlfriends house in a light snow at around midnight. First 4 way intersection I pull up to.... and kept pulling up to.... and kept sliding through.... needless to say I had snow tires on the thing pretty quick. Thankfully the roads were deserted. AWD wont save you if your tires aren't connecting.

But you won't take out in the dirt?

Well, if you slam into a snowbank because of your summer tires, they might bust open. That wouldn't be good.
