Finally got my LEDs in...from Romania. Installed the new brighter LEDs along with the appropriate resittors in one side and did a comparison.

Currently on hold till the spring or at least summer. I don't have spare headlights and the car is currently my DD. I can't really afford a day or two of downtime.

Well, I put the LEDs back in their reflective housing, glued everything together, and I still don't like how they look. They look rather cheap to me, despite adding brighter LEDs. So what I'll probably to instead will be to find some housings of some sort, install some projectors and add an HID kit. That way it'll match the projector look of the headlights.

Oh well, I tried.

It's been a while since an update.
 
I am finally retrofitting my headlights. Keeping it basic:
 
OEM Subaru ballasts
Morimoto 5000k bulbs
FX-R D2S projectors
Morimoto wiring harness
Dark Metallic paint for the projector shrouds
 

 
Next, I'm retrofitting Infiniti FX LED taillights into my existing taillights.
 

 
I got all the keys in my Keyport cut, so now I can use it:
 

 
Finally, I had my Hella horns powder coated. Gloss black for the actual horns and gloss white for the shrouds. Also installed new stainless hardware, which I painted white.

Another little project I had. Got myself some Agency Power rear endlinks. They were in ok shape, but the non-stainless hardware was all rusted and seized. So I replaced the rod ends with urethane bushing end, bought delrin washing to dampen vibration, bought all the stainless hardware I could for them, and powdercoated the aluminum collar holding the rod ends.
