The Golden Road. Gotta hit it just right though. It's usually full of pot holes, logging trucks and slow moose-gazing tourists. Hit it off season though on a Sunday when the logging trucks aren't running and you're.. well... golden.

True story, I hit the golden road just outside of Baxter last year right after a large dirt section was grated, as close as you can get to perfect, never slid so easily with so much control.

Stud Mill is good but it's pretty narrow in some places.

As far as good paved roads go Egypt Rd. around Gray-Raymond area is pretty fun.

That's my 2 Cents anyway.

go to Newry the roads up to french mans hole are so much fun if you dont know where it is sunday river has a map to it that's my old stomping grounds

Beech Ridge Speed Way has some very large, very flat, very empty, sandy /silty parking lots... with some large donut marks carved into them... visible from space. I wonder how they, and local police, feel about people hooning around in the dirt, if the lot is abandoned and not public property?

Didn't mean to just quote that... But yes beech ridge is fun. Scarborough cops suck but they can be cool. I had my moms legacy and my mud truck out there Doing donuts after the races this summer and my impreza out there recently and no cops showed up.. And in my truck it was right after the races with cops watching as they directed traffic... I would do it fast and leave, not spend the day there but I think if you do it fast you'll be all set...

The sheriff is known to sit at the end of Egypt road... Keep that in mind. Take my Streetbike on it quite a bit but just go slow at the ends is my advice from someone who's locked up his brakes Bc of the sheriff...
