Can anyone tell me anything about this car?

he said he doesn't drive it much, wifes car, but she doesn't like it, so it's not on the road much... What do you think of the list of mods, i know who built the car, and he does good work.

 
That story sounds bogus to me, but still just becuase its not driven much doesn't mean anything really

 
my friend bought a forester xt with 118k on it that was driven by an "old lady" so assuming that it was babied, he brought it home, changed the oil and it was knocking (the owner had gear oil in the motor so you wouldn't hear the knock) I assume it was her sons/grandsons and was beaten. so he didn't hear it when he was test driving. kind of a 50/50 chance on what you're going to get buying cars with high miles from people you don't know. Especially with some decent mods like the one in your link. 

 
Well one guy ive talked to already says he beats the crap out of the car, and that the paint needs work. I'm finding it really hard to find a fxt that isn't either beat, or going to need a little bit of work.. Specially the price range im in. So I'm thinking as long as it's not falling apart, oil leaking rust bucket... lol grab it haha

 Wow i'd be pissed, and probably drive that car right through his house.. lol, but i do get what your saying, never know what your buying wich makes it hard to just "buy" something. And yes that list of mods how do i know it's been tuned properly, running on the right fuel pump ect ect.. I can tell you i'm already sick of looking for fxt's lol

Don't give up so soon, when I found mine I was so pumped. I like it WAY more than my 05 wrx.
