Ok I've installed a wrx header car ran all day no cel came on the next day. Got it checked code 2096.rear cat. Any ides how to fix ? I did reset it I comes back was goin try 02 spacer. I have a magna flow cat back with resonator

If you don't have any cat, there's your problem. It won't make it run crappy, you'll just have that light on

I have rear cat still sensor Is behind it

You have one less cat now. That upsets the car a little. You just have to trick the car into believing things are how they use to be.

If you removed front cat, than light will come back on. Rear sensor is looking for specific result of catalyst, if system had two cats each has specific purpose and both needed to keep light out.

I have one o2 spacer in the rear though, and a more restrictive exhaust than yours.

If you put the o2 sensor spacer in there it might be enough to trick the sensor.

Take that goofy cat off.  You don't need no stinking cat!.  Put a piece of tape over the CEL and run it!  It'll be fun.

Haha except it flashes the cruise light and disable the traction control

. The flashing cruise light is annoying

More tape.  Traction control is for old people.

Take instrument cluster out... Separate cover and slip tape over the light. No one uses cruise and see picture for traction control.

I've relocated the downstream oxygen sensor on 2 hawkeyes with no issue, maybe his car hasn't learned itself yet
