dinner..... whats for?

tonite's menu @ chez Nigel (to be enjoyed in undisclosed location) is "Wild Maine Extraordinaire" -- roasted lemon-pepper wild turkey breast, steamed wild rice, blanched fiddleheads w/butter and balsamic vinaigrette.

Nothing special cooked up tonight, but what I did make is quite yummy for being quick and easy. Made some parmesan and romano cheese rice a roni, and cooked up some chicken cut into stir fry sized strips. Cooked the chicken with olive oil, oregano, and lots of fresh ground black pepper (I love black pepper). Mixed it together for the last couple of minutes and had it with some rosemary olive oil bread and a glass of knob creek. mmmm...

I had a burger in a styrofoam box with a 6pack of Sam Adam's red.

tasted pretty good after a rally weekend.
