chicken head is rather tasty. I didn't quite get the right technique when I tried it.

too bad for Macdos that it wasn't a Chinese dude. would have been: Oh herro there! OM NOM NOM NOM!

Chicken is a staple meat in Asia. granted pretty much everything that moves is eaten. The dog is a breed that is specific for food, quite like our meat cows and dairy cows.

If you go out in the evenings, you can buy chicken feet and meat strips (no idea what it was) from the street vendors. they are pretty good if done well.

But chicken head is a delicacy, so it would have been as I stated.

I totally agree. I just made my comment because I thought Adam was joking about the stereotype of Asians eating dogs.

Also, I would eat a lot of new and different things, but I don't think I could eat a chicken's head....no matter how tasty it would be.

it wasn't bad... I just wasn't real sure what to do with it. there isn't a hell of a lot of anything in/around it.

I tried everything that I was offered. it was decent for the most part. The only thing that really gets me is the bone fragments in everything. They tend to cook everything whole, then chop it up after. So eat carefuly if you go.
