EPOXY IS GOING TO BE MY FRIEND

I wonder if JB Weld would hold well enought to seal the hole permantently.   Then use another oil galley plug hole.

Yea, and what happens when it doesn't work? That's a fairly large opening for JB weld to seal up. When it pops out you're gonna chooch the motor.

I have painted bolt threads with jb weld before and inserted into broken parts, clamped and let sit. all was well. but being such important oil pressure make sure you keep close eye on pressure.

He already blew the motor once from no oil... Not like a pressure switch is any good anyway.

Didn't the dealer replace your block? Why not ask them about it since, presumably, they were the ones to over tighten it?

im pretty sure the switch was leaking and he went to replace it himself and this happened according to what ive seen on fb
