so in case any other northern folk were interested in coming I thought I would just repost my post rather than just putting a link. Here we go!!

ok, so in addition to the loop that we are doing, I also made a "drive" from Bangor to Sunday River, with rest stops in between and the map of the trek is posted below.

So here is the deal.

Meet at the Dunkin Donuts in Newport at 0630. ~30 minutes of travel

Leave Dunkin Donuts in Newport at 0640 and arrive at Farmington Park and Ride at 0740. ~1 hour of travel

Leave Farmington Park and Ride at 0750 and arrive at Sunday River at 0850. ~1 hour of travel

This will give a 10 minute grace time between each stop if traffic is slower or faster.

Anyone wishing to meet on that route, PM me your names and numbers, and also try to bring a 2-way radio. The radio banter makes these drives even more fun

It takes 40-60 min depending on traffic and if you take rhe short cut around oxford norway. I will meet up with the southern maine crew when you roll by the Village Kitchen in Poland.

 
I will bring something but its gonna be expensive to feed everyone.... Noticing no one has volunteered to buy any actual grub hot dogs hamburgers etc..... Would it be more wise for us to all pack our own lunches and bring our own beverages????

I see the stops at Dunkin Donuts, but if we HAPPEN to have an emergency stop along the side of the road to urinate, and there is SERIOUSLY a porta potty 400 feet up the road that we do NOT know about because there are trees hiding it... can we find a spot with a porta potty for the ladies? Thank you kindly!

And if someone still has radios that belong to others, could you kindly return them as well (even if you do it anonymously), it would be greatly appreciated.

 
Whos meeting me and somewrx at the gray park and ride? Should aim for around 730 I think. Thatll leave some safety time
