um... have a beer, kill it with fire, have more beer, get a ride to a simplicity dealer, buy pretty new simplicity hydrostatic with a v-twin and huge deck.
or, the more sensible thing would be to unplug the ground wire coming off the coil (the ignition switch grounds this out, taking spark away to kill the motor, at least, that's how the old briggs setups were) with that unplugged it should run if there is fuel, but you'll have to choke it to death
