Wasn't me, eclipse is off the road for now, needs a clutch and a flywheel, and some new tires, toasted the last pair. The girlfriend and I will be out and about today, I'll be looking for you guys! You guys don't live far, I know sooner or later we will cross paths lol.

 
Well the one area that Subarus blow DSMs out of the water is the fact that...they run. I live a couple streets up from a DSM guy and one of his runs off and on, the other has pretty much been sitting on the side of the street for a couple months now. He took the door panels out so no windows, thing's just collecting rainwater. So enjoy the fact that you have reliable transportation.

Let me know what you're doin for stereo upgrades though, Subaru stereos seem to suck (at least pre-08 ones).

 
I think stereo wise, I am gonna go with Infinity's in the doors, a Clarion or Kenwood head unit and prolly a single sub for bass, nothing bigger than 15". My eclipse has the system, I just don't want to rip it out of there quite yet, although I might. Let me know if anyone has some car audio equipment they wanna get rid of, I am currently looking to spiff the noise up in the RS. What is everyone else running for sounds systems? Or are we all just motor nuts, lol.

 
Check the for sale section. Audio stuff pops up there time to time .I've also seen a lot of good deals on craigslist. People upgrade and just sell of their perfectly good system cheap.

 
Yeah, I'm all over Craigslist, this forum, Nasioc, RS25.com, looking for various parts, I'm sure if I keep digging, I will find some good deals sooner or later. Like I said, I'm not looking to go all out on audio, just enough to make it sound nice. And audio will more than likely come after suspension and all that good fun stuff.

Sorta funny, I have Infinitys in the front doors and Kenwood head unit, wanna do one sub as well. Just have stock speakers in the rear doors though. I would need like 4 inch speakers or something tiny like that in the rear doors, and that doesn't even seem worth it.

 
It's a good setup for a nice system, good highs, mids and lows, not too overbearing, and wont make the neighbors mad. I just want some quality tunes in there. I've found a few good deals, but nothing stellar I want to burn my money on. Patience for parts is the key!

 
When I bought mine the dude i bought it from (Eddie) had nice pioneers in all 4 doors but were stock sizes so I threw in my 6" sonys in all four doors, and wouldn't recommend 6" in back doors haha. Also has pioneer touch screen, and I got 2 10"power acoustik subs and amp that im throwin in once i get a better alternator. But anyways I have the pioneer ones still, set at the house and set in the back of my gf's 89 volvo haha if your interested.

That. Is hilarious.

Guy I mentioned also has a white convertible GS-T so it rings pretty true. Heard this morning that it's headed into the shop for bodywork / a pile of other stuff and that after that he's selling it.
